Education: Early Childhood Education degree at South Dakota State University
Teaching⁄Work Experience: Preschool teacher, teacher’s aide, substitute teacher, and I have been a classroom aide and noon supervisor at St. Joseph School since 2011.
Family: My husband, Mike, is the biologist at Long Lake National Wildlife Refuge. Our daughter, Laura, is an occupational therapist. She and her husband, Eric, live in Iowa City where he is doing his radiology residency. Our son, David & his wife, Kendra, live in Great Falls, Montana where he is an IT Specialist at a Credit Union. Mike and I have a black lab, Jazz, and a yellow lab, Scout.
Interests: Reading, gardening, hand quilting , spending time with family and friends.
Why do you like teaching Saint Joseph School: I enjoy working with all of the children and the staff. It is such a rewarding job and no two days are ever the same.
